Native Butterfly Mix | Assorted EGGS
Native Butterfly Mix | Assorted EGGS
The Native Butterfly egg mix consists of a random mix of five butterfly species which use Nettles as their host (food) plant: Peacocks, Small Tortoiseshells, Commas, Red Admirals, and Painted Ladies - all of which are easy and very enjoyable to rear. Occasionally, the mix may include Garden Tiger Moth caterpillars, a beautiful native moth that also eats nettles. Livestock is randomly collected from the butterfly house on the day of dispatch, meaning that no particular species can be guaranteed but you have a chance of receiving any of the five species. Please read the care guide produced for these prior to delivery so that you are prepared for them - it is very comprehensive and contains our best information from two decades of practice.
