    If you're wondering when your livestock will arrive, please read our Delivery & Fulfilment information first.

    Most of our livestock is seasonal and sold by pre-order. Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed dispatch or delivery dates, and we may not be able to provide a more precise date until the livestock has actually become available.

  • Need help caring for your livestock?

    Our Care Guides contain detailed information about caring for eggs, caterpillars, pupae, cocoons and the species we supply.

    Please have a look there first, particularly if you're preparing for an upcoming delivery.

Contacting us about an order

If your enquiry relates to an existing order, please include:

  • your order number; and
  • the full name the order was placed under.

We need this information to locate your order and investigate your enquiry. Without it, we may need to ask you for these details before we can help.

Response times

We're a small team and correspondence can be particularly high during the main breeding season, so please bear with us while we work through enquiries.

Messages are dealt with as promptly as possible, generally in the order they are received.

Please avoid sending the same enquiry multiple times. Duplicate messages won't result in a faster response and can make it more difficult for us to work through enquiries efficiently.
