Refund policy

We have a no return policy, which means you cannot return livestock under any circumstances due to reasons of biosecurity, however all orders supplied within the UK have a live & healthy arrival guarantee.


DOA, Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Once an order is placed the livestock has been allocated to you (customer) in our fulfillment system. This allows us and our breeders to manage stock levels based on known and expected demand. Orders can be exchanged for another species of your choice if not yet dispatched. 


International & European Union 
If the livestock is being shipped internationally, you accept full risk of damage or loss of international shipments and accept that no compensation will be given. Customers are responsible for their own country's customs requirements.


Refunds
Refunds will only be provided when an order has not been fulfilled within the estimated season, or if livestock arrives DOA (UK only) and a replacement is not possible within a reasonable timescale.
